So how does it work?

1. Sign up for a Supplier level account
2. Enter your inventory through our inventory management tool
3. Your inventory will be searchable immediately - order requests will be delivered to your email. Remember, you'll need to arrange payment with your buyers before you ship out the product!
4. Your account manager will let you manage your order contact so it is easy to talk to your buyers and arrange payment.
5. Once you've shipped out the product, mark it as delivered in your order manager.

How are orders handled?

1. Interested buyers will submit a request for your product(s). Think of these as sales leads.
2. When a buyer makes a request, both you and the buyer are sent each others contact information.
3. It is up to you to contact the interested buyer if you do not hear from them first.
4. Once the order is confirmed, you will need to arrange a payment method with your new customer.
5. Once the order is completed, mark it as delivered in your order manager to let your customer know it is on its way.
